Refund Policy for MusicMatters LLC (VST Courses)

Thank you for choosing MusicMatters LLC for your music production and VST plugin educational needs. We value your satisfaction and are committed to providing a quality experience. Please review our refund policy below:

Refund Procedure

• Upon completing your enrollment, you will receive an email within 24 hours containing access details to the VST course you've purchased.
• If, within 30 days of the purchase date, you find that the course does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund by sending an email to [email protected]
• In the refund request email, please provide the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • The reason for your dissatisfaction with the course
• Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Conditions

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• The refund request must be submitted via email to [email protected]
• Refunds will only be issued for the amount paid for the VST plugin course.
• No refunds will be issued after instructor consultations have begun, except in extenuating circumstances which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• No physical product needs to be returned as all materials are delivered electronically.

Refund Approval

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Instructor Session Rescheduling

While not directly related to refunds, we understand that scheduling conflicts may arise. You may reschedule an instructor session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the session being counted as delivered.
